Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the paid membership plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) purchased on விஜயலட்சுமி திருமண தகவல் மையம்.

1. Nature of the service

Memberships are digital services activated immediately on successful payment. Plan benefits — profile slots, interests, contact views and porutham checks — become available as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.

2. Refund window

• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used any paid benefit (no contact viewed, no interest sent beyond the free allowance).
• Once paid benefits have been used, fees are non-refundable, as the service has been consumed.
• Duplicate payments and amounts charged without plan activation are refunded in full, automatically or on request.

3. How to request

Write to us via the Contact page with your registered e-mail and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Cancellation

Plans are fixed-duration and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — a plan simply lapses at the end of its term and the account returns to the Free tier without losing any profile data.

5. Our discretion

Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase-use-refund cycles) may result in refusal of future refunds or account suspension.
