Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the one-time registration fee of ₹2,000 paid on Vijayalakshmi Matrimony. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
1. Nature of the service
Registration is a digital service activated immediately on successful payment. Your profile is saved and published, and expressing interest, viewing full profiles and requesting an introduction become available, as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment.
2. Refund window
- A full refund of ₹2,000 may be requested within 7 days of payment, provided no interest has been sent from the profile and no introduction has been requested through our office. On refund, the profile is unpublished.
- After 7 days, or once an interest has been sent or an introduction requested, the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been used.
- Duplicate payments, failed payments where money was debited, and payments where the profile could not be published are refunded in full, whenever they are reported.
3. How to request
Write to us via the Contact page with your registered e-mail and the payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Cancellation
The registration is a single payment that never expires and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. You may pause or delete your listing at any time from your account; pausing keeps all of your profile data.
5. Our discretion
Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase-use-refund cycles) may result in refusal of future refunds or account suspension.
