Vijayalakshmi Matrimony sells one thing: a one-time online registration (₹2,000, Indian Rupees two thousand, no renewal) that publishes a matrimony profile on this website. It is a digital service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.
1. How the service is delivered
The registration is delivered online, to the account used to pay. As soon as the payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) confirms the payment, the profile is published and the member benefits — viewing full profiles, expressing interest and requesting an introduction through our office — are switched on in that account. The status is shown in the app under the member’s account.
2. Delivery time
- Normally immediate, within a few minutes of a successful payment.
- If a payment is confirmed but the profile is not live within 24 hours, contact us with your registered e-mail and the payment ID; we activate it by hand or refund the fee in full, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Delivery area
The service is available to members anywhere, through this website. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Introductions
When two families want to take a match forward, our office arranges the introduction by phone. Office visits, if any, are by appointment and are not a shipped service.
