Welcome to விஜயலட்சுமி திருமண தகவல் மையம் ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
விஜயலட்சுமி திருமண தகவல் மையம் is a members-only matchmaking platform. We provide profile listing, search, jathagam generation, porutham compatibility reports, and the ability to express interest in other members. We are an introduction platform only — we do not arrange, broker or guarantee any marriage.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (bride) / 21 years old (groom) and legally competent to marry under the laws applicable to you.
- Profiles may be created on behalf of a son, daughter, sibling, relative or friend with their knowledge and consent.
3. Your responsibilities
- All information you provide — including date, time and place of birth — must be true and accurate.
- You may not create profiles for fictitious persons, post objectionable content, or use the platform for commercial solicitation.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. Memberships & payments
Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are subscriptions for a fixed duration with monthly and daily usage allowances as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Plan allowances (interests, contact views, porutham checks) reset as described on the pricing page and are not carried forward.
5. Astrological content
Jathagam charts and porutham readings are computed algorithmically and provided as an educational guide only. They are not a substitute for the advice of your family priest or astrologer, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on their basis.
6. Termination
We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these terms, misrepresent identity, or harm other members. You may pause or delete your profiles at any time from the app.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to verify nothing beyond what members submit; you are responsible for independently verifying any member you choose to engage with, including through family meetings and background checks, before making any commitment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
